Frequently asked questions

Is this legal?

Yes. All peptides are dispensed by FDA-registered compounding pharmacies under a valid prescription written by a US-licensed physician after reviewing your intake. This is the same telemedicine model used by Hims, Ro, and other DTC pharmacies — applied to performance peptides.

How does the prescription process work?

You complete a medical questionnaire covering your health history, goals, and current medications. A licensed physician reviews your intake — typically within 24 hours — and either approves a protocol, requests more information, or recommends a different option. If approved, your prescription is sent to a partner compounding pharmacy.

How long does shipping take?

Once a protocol is approved, the pharmacy ships within 1–2 business days via cold-chain courier. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days of approval. You'll get tracking and care instructions by email.

What disqualifies me from getting a prescription?

Active or recent malignancy, certain endocrine conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and a few specific medications can disqualify you. The questionnaire screens for these. If a physician determines a protocol isn't appropriate, you won't be charged for the prescription.

Does insurance cover this?

No. These protocols are self-pay, which is part of why we can keep pricing transparent and turnaround fast. Flat monthly pricing — no surprises.

Where do you ship?

Currently shipping to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available.
